Working environment

  • No footprint : If you check the option No footprint, DFF won't create any file on the host. It is useful if you do not wish to alter the system on which the framework is running. All other options will be unactivated.
  • DFF user directory : If you do not check No footprint, you will have to provide a directory where the configuration file will be stored in the DFF user directory line edit. A green message indicates that the directory can be read, as on the screen-shot. If the directory cannot be read for any reason (permission denied, no such directory, ...) a red message would indicate it.

History

The history file contains the list of command you previously launched.

  • No history file : the history file won't be created and so the history won't be saved if you check the box.
  • History file full path : You will have to provide the absolute path to the history file.

To validate changes in the configuration, click on the OK button at the bottom of the dialog box. If you chose Cancel, the changes you might have done will be lost.

Language

You can here chose DFF language.
